In order to properly execute the course of our film, we decided to select a day to rehearse. My group had passed by my house in casual clothing in order to practice and familiarize ourselves with the film and its aspects. The main actor, Dominick, was quick to pick up on the timing and overall movements of our film. While Jair struggled with the timing at first, he eventually was able to properly execute his role as the masked man. Being the cameraman, I initially had issues with moving the camera being that we didn’t want to use a tripod. My group thought it would make the film more realistic to use handheld shots. The initial holding and moving of the camera was rather difficult because I would trip constantly and some shots would appear too shaky for our liking. However, the attempt to acquaint ourselves with our film was overall successful. We were able to better prepare ourselves for the eventual shooting day.
