When creating our short film, my group and I made certain to take the necessary action in determining what our target audience could be. We’ve decided to conduct a survey which asked several questions regarding movie preference, age, and favorite aspects of a film. The results we found proved to be rather promising in regards to what my group and I were looking for. Since our idea for our film revolved around the horror/thriller genre, we were happy to conclude that the results proved that a good portion likes horror/thriller movies. While not being the most preferred genre, it still came in 2nd, which is a lot better than we expected.
