“Hello my name is Adrian Hernandez, my candidate number is 0811, and how my production skills have basically developed since the start of this project has been practically drastic, almost night and day for lack of a better comparison. Prior to this, I had no experience with using any form of editing technique, any sort of production skills, I had none of it. I’ve always been a lover film, I love all kinds of film especially horror and thriller which is why I kind of decided to do this kind of film. But with regards to production and editing techniques, I had no experience. I was lucky to have experienced teachers and basically people to show me how to use editing software like we used Photoshop PremierPro, which is a very user-friendly application that helps… it’s not a difficult app to learn like I learned it fairly clearly. This is very foreign to me because I tend to learn things a lot slower, I like to be more hands-on, and the good thing about this application is that it was very easy for me to us, and sitting in the class and learning about film: the production of film, what goes into making a film, how its made, was very eye-opening to me. How tedious and how incredibly precise this process has to be. It more or less has opened the doors to me being more accurate more determined and more, and basically, put more effort into my work and try to and try to make the best film I can possibly make. As a whole, my production skills have improved drastically and I am looking forward to working on more projects like this.”
